Accounting Assistant/ Accounting Clerk 

Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department including journal entries, data inputs and filing

  • Monitor A/P, A/R transactions and payment follow-ups

  • Assists in handling monthly cash flows and bank reconciliation

  • Assists in preparing monthly analysis reports

  • Coordinate with accounting team in PRC for month end closing

  • Handle ad hoc assignment as needed


Requirements

  • HKDSE, LCC Higher or above

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  • Good command of English and Chinese

  • Able to work under a tight working schedule

  • Good communication skills, self-motivated and possesses a strong sense of responsibility

  • Knowledge of using PC, MS Excel, Word, ERP system and accounting software is a plus

  • Immediate availability is preferred
