Country Manager/ Factory Manager

Responsibilities

• Providing overall leadership including strategic planning, sales, budget, cost control, production, quality control, HR, warehouse

• Formulate, review and manage existing policies, guidelines and procedures to develop a high quality management team.

• Monitor business plans and budget; effective management of resources including utilization/allocation

• Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain cost effectiveness and identify ways for continuous improvement.

• Build a high performance culture with a competent, flexible and committed workforce.

• Integrate various functions within the manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running of operations

• Overseeing all the production issues within factory

• Station in overseas locations (such as Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Turkey, Mexico, etc.)

Requirements

• Degree holder in related management disciplines

• Minimum of 10 years working experience in manufacturing operations of factory with 5 years at managerial level in offshore countries

• Knowledge in printing is preferred

• Self-motivated, mature, ethical, and responsible

• Strength in strategic thinking and problem solving

• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and independently

• Proficiency in using MS office to create reports, knowledge in IT system applications

• Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken Cantonese/ Mandarin and English
