Customer Service Manager (Printing/Label/Garment)

Hong Kong


  • Responsible for the supervision of the customer service team.

  • Develop, motivate, coach, and monitor the team members to ensure the highest quality of service for our clients.

  • Handle customer complaints.

  • Support implementation of our online ordering platform.

  • Prepare report for management review.

  • Monitor payments of clients.


  • Degree or equivalent/ High School Diploma with 10 years+ relevant working experience.

  • 6 to 8 years relevant working experience, with at least 3 years of managerial experience.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated

  • Mature and responsible with a strong sense of leadership.

  • Proficient in excel and powerpoint for monthly reporting.

  • Proficient in data analysis and statistical reporting.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Experience in printing, woven label is preferred.
