Production Analyst

Job Highlights

Assists in supporting additional planning and reporting requirements from other departments including business analysis, strategic planning and reporting and offshore office coordination.

 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with other departments for offshore management and support

  • Conduct production planning and analysis to deliver predictive outputs / insight

  • Handle production, sales and finance orientated dataset analytics

  • Implement, communicate and maintain the reports in offshore countries

  • Assistance in developing KPI and dashboards as well as compiling regular and customized management reports

  • Assist in any ad-hoc project when assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related discipline

  • Hands-on experience in front end Business Intelligence system

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Smart Sheet, and knowledge in VBA & SQL is a plus

  • Logical thinker, with good analytical skill

  • Self-initiative, able to work under pressure and produce high-quality work within tight deadlines

  • Good command of both English & Chinese, written and spoken

  • 2 years of above experience preferred, with Manufacturing background is a plus
