System Manager

Hong Kong and China

Responsibilities

  • Be the functional manager to lead and implement global ERP projects to raise group efficiency at all levels.

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders, drive digital transformation within the domain.

  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables within the company.

  • Establish project detail work planning, scheduling, resource dependencies, for critical path and detail budget.

  • Manage day-to-day project activities, monitor project progress and provide recommendations to obstacles includes offshore and remote key users / teams.

  • Provide strong project leadership on work direction and feedback throughout the entire project.

  • Prepare regular technical and management reports analyzing / summarizing key project milestones / issues.

  • Prospect for new technology and service to support the needs of projects implementation.


Requirements

  • Degree holder or above with 10 years of proven experiences in IT system implementation or consultation.

  • At least 8 years of solid experience in project and change management driving and implementing ERP systems.

  • Large scale ERP ( Procurement + Manufacturing + Finance ) experience is a MUST.

  • Proficient in SDLC project management planning and execution is required.

  • Expertise in label printing industry with strong Finance and business acumen would be a significant advantage.

  • PMP Certificate preferable

    LCCI Certificate in Accounting ( Level 3 ) a definite asset.

  • Proficient in MS Office and BI tools, hands-on in raw data massaging for graphical presentation.

  • Be analytical and team-minded, able to work under pressure with limited resources and tight schedules.

  • Be assertive, self-motivated with proven influential skills for change recommendations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill in English and Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin, and able to interact with people at all levels.

  • Frequent travel to China and overseas is required.

  • Immediate availability is preferred.

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
