Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a System Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of our system. Your primary tasks will include troubleshooting system-related issues, training end-users on system functionalities, and creating comprehensive training materials.

 

Responsibilities

  • Offer timely technical support to end-users experiencing system issues

  •  Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionality, performance, and security

  • Investigate and diagnose reported problems, documenting and tracking issues 

  • Provide ongoing system support, guidance, trouble-shooting and training to end-users

  • Develop training materials, including user manuals, guides, and videos

  • Collaborate with the implementation team to identify and address user training needs during system upgrades or enhancements.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the system, attending vendor trainings and workshops as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Proven experience in providing technical support and testing for system, preferably with experience in ERP System

  • Experience in manufacturing industry is preferable

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, self-motivated with multi-tasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Proficient in creating training materials, including user manuals and videos

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results

  • Previous experience in training end-users on systems is preferred
